For 13+ years, I’ve worked across SaaS, fintech and B2B products, from product decisions and UX through to interface design, prototyping and front-end implementation.
Good product work does not stop at the screen.
I like being involved early enough to help shape the decision, and close enough to the build to care how it actually turns out.
Product direction: Work out what is worth building, who it is for, and what the team needs to learn first.
The customer journey: Connect the marketing site, onboarding, product and support so each part makes sense with the next.
UX and interface design: Turn ideas and requirements into clear flows, useful states and interfaces that make sense.
Working with engineers: Prototype, discuss trade-offs directly, and contribute HTML and CSS where useful.
Improving the product: Use customer feedback, product behaviour and business results to decide what should change next.
I’m a Product Designer who likes staying close to the work. I enjoy the early conversations about what a product should do, figuring out how it should work, and working with engineers to actually get it made.
I also write Unicorn Club, a weekly newsletter about the decisions, details and trade-offs behind good digital products.
